You’ll just need these flower templates, some scissors, adhesive, pipe cleaners, and a vase or jar for your finished bouquet. We chose to use foam squares for our adhesive to give our bouquet a 3. D look. But you can use glue dots or regular glue if that’s what you have on- hand. Directions: Print the flowers. Trim them and keep them in sets.
The sets are the same shape with a coordinating circle for the center of the flower. Of course, you could mix- and- match the flower shapes and colors for some fun flowers! Stack the flowers with a larger blossom behind a smaller blossom. Place a pipe cleaner between the two layers, and use foam squares (or your choice of adhesive) to hold them together. You may want to tape down the pipe cleaners to make sure they don’t escape. Add a circle over the center of the smaller blossom.
Place your bouquet in a vase, mason jar, or any fun holder that you have. Add a little ribbon for a whimsical touch.

How to Make Crepe- Paper Flowers. Cut 1. 8- gauge cloth- wrapped floral wire to desired length: 1. Clockwise from top left: Button: Cut 1.
Place thumbnail- size wad of cotton in center; push end of wire into cotton. Wrap paper around cotton; twist ends around wire.
Secure with floral tape. Bring far tips in toward center bottom point, slightly overlapping. Hold the tips together; twist. Secure tips to end of wire with floral tape.
Twist it tightly between your fingers, and tie a knot at one end. Cut three 1/8- by- 4- inch strips of heavy red crepe paper; bend each at one end. Attach all strips, off- white in center, to end of wire with floral tape. Wrap around end of wire. Secure with floral tape. Triple Button: Cut three 1- inch squares of crepe paper; make three wads of cotton the size of a pinky nail.
Attach to wire as for #1. Place buttons together, heads staggered; tape together with floral tape. Fringe: Cut a 6- by- 2- inch piece of crepe paper. Make cuts into one long side, about every 1/8 inch, to create a fringe. Roll paper tightly around end of wire. Secure with floral tape.
